When the thermometer holds steady in the 100’s and the earth radiates its stored heat, it’s hard to believe that we were complaining about the snow and ice just a few months ago. And yet, we all know that the heat will eventually loosen its grip, cooler temperatures and shorter days will return, and rain and snow will fall once again. By the end of February, I will be impatiently waiting for the first signs of spring while I try to stay warm. Such is the nature of seasons and life! In the meantime, thank God for sprinkler systems!
At the Global Spheres Center and the Israel Prayer Garden in Corinth, we are braving the heat in preparation for our move. In the garden, we continue to work, water and weed in anticipation of the Open Door Meeting at the end of July. Jesus completed the pathway and Gentile threshing floor last week. Take a look:

Pam, I had such a pleasant hour in the garden yesterday evening! Even with the good words from Chuck and Robert yesterday morning, I had been restless over an issue I’m facing and decided that I should drive up and pray about it in the peace of the garden. The garden was so beautiful and full of shalom, and I relished all of the various sounds – water features, cicadas, birds, etc. – that contributed to that beauty and peace. Thank you, thank you, thank you and Chuck for your God-given creativity and making the garden the priority that it is. I don’t know if you can truly comprehend how much you are loved by God’s People at GOZ (soon to be GSC!); you are! Even though you’ve only received lukewarm enchiladas so far from me, for you, I’d kiss the pavement! 🙂 And that’s not about making you an idol; that’s about recognizing and appreciating the beauty and sincerity of the family in which Father has been establishing us all (Romans 12:10). Thank you! I certainly displayed some chutzpah in bringing the untried beef ones; apparently following the pattern I use for the sour cream chicken ones with only slight variations worked – hallelujah! I’m going to make the sour cream chicken enchiladas later this week (probably either Thursday or Friday) and leave them in the fridge in the Servant’s House.* Yesterday I promised James some (with his name on them) there since he missed the others, but I’ll make as big a batch as I can so that many who work this week on The Big Move may be refreshed.
*Hmm, I just realized that I had access to the Servant’s House on Friday because I was working with Anita. Would you please pass word on to James when he’s working in the Garden that I’ll bring the enchiladas by the office and leave them there for access by him and others. Thanks!

Looks to me like that young man needs a hand! Remarkable progress in that long period of blazing heat. Your combined work is so inspiring; all your photos are a testimony to a deep love for GOD’s chosen people, and the clear band that unites Israel and the Church (as in the constellation of Pisces- two fish united by ‘the band’).

It’s amazing how much has been accomplished since Pentecost.
I wish I could come the end of July but won’t be able to. I so enjoyed the Gardens when there for Pentecost hope to be able to come in Sept.
