Finding the beauty in every season…

Happy Thanksgiving Week, All!

With the arrival of the colder weather, the season of “brown” is settling in. I was determined this morning, however, to find the beautiful things amidst all the plants that have shed their colors and leaves for the winter. There is beauty to be found in every season, and I am thankful that even when things look dark and dreary, God is already preparing the soil for the fresh fruit of the spring!

Relocating the Ducks!

Happy Friday All!

For some time now, the garden crew has been working to build a new abode for our little duck friends. I have gathered footage during this time and compiled this fun little video for y’all to enjoy. Thank God for increase!

Fall in the Garden

Hello all!

The cold weather has definitely brought change to the garden; the leaves have turned and the colors are vibrant hues of reds, oranges, yellows and golds, as it always is before winter. I put together this video with footage of the garden last week, set to a mix of the english and spanish versions of James’ Lord of Hosts – the English version can be found on the Once More Into the Breach album, and the Spanish on the new Despierta y Responde a Su Gloria album, both available on the web store.

I hope you enjoy the explosion of color as much as I do!

The color purple…

Happy Wednesday All!

I hope you don’t mind my little Whoopi Goldberg reference in the title – but as you might’ve guessed, purple was the primary color for today! Here are all the different shades I found in the garden in this collection of photos, along with a few other colors I couldn’t resist. Enjoy, and be robed in His royalty!

Tracey

More red!

Hello all,

I just wanted to share more of the photos I took yesterday afternoon before I venture out to get new photos today. Enjoy!

Arctic Whirlwind!

Hello all!

The abundant wind has blown in some pretty chilly temperatures, and according to the news many areas will be experiencing what’s called a “polar vortex,” or an arctic whirlwind as I like to call it, since we’ve been prophesying about the whirlwinds here for some time and a vortex is a whirlwind! The temperatures have changed drastically from yesterday to today, and it’s pretty nippy outside. When I ran out to the garden this morning (briefly!) to take some pictures, the primary color that caught my attention was red, mostly in the little tree that has suddenly turned color outside my office. Here are the photos I took – tomorrow I will venture out again and see what new color catches my eye. Ask the Lord what He is saying to you through the color red (I will be doing the same!) and pray into whatever answer He gives you. I hope you enjoy the photos, and I hope you all are staying warm!

Blessings,

Tracey

Shabbat Shalom!

Shabbat Shalom all!

Here are a few photos for you to enjoy, including one of the boys working on putting up the Christmas lights and the other boys constructing the new duck coop (which I’ll post a video of when it’s finished). Enjoy your Shabbat and have a great weekend!

This week in the garden …

Hello all!

We had some wonderful rain in the garden this week, so I’ve been filming each day so you can see the garden while it’s raining and how it looks today now that it has been refreshed and rejuvenated. I put together this nine minute video set to the sound of the wind chimes in Manasseh. If you read the emailer Chuck sent out, you know that his mother went to be with the Lord last night. I would like to dedicate this peaceful video to celebrating her life and memory. Praise the Lord that she is now worshiping and rejoicing with Him in heaven!

Blessings,

Tracey
