The Pentecost gathering at the new Global Spheres Center in Corinth was a wonderful time of revelation and fellowship. The highlight for us gardeners, of course, was the dedication on Friday of the Twelve Tribes of Israel Prayer Garden. What a joy it was to see such a lovely representation of the Body of Christ gathered on the garden pathways as we presented our offering to the Father. It was such a blessing to see so many visitors basking in the presence of God in every corner of the garden. Of course, there were times when folks were “baking” as well as basking, since the temperatures hovered in the nineties all weekend! Even so, there was always a breeze in the garden, and the oak trees provided welcome shade.
As the summer progresses, we will focus on planning and preparing the remaining sections of the garden, pulling weeds, and tending the health of the existing plantings. When September and cooler temperatures arrive, the planting will begin again. I will continue updating you with progress on the hardscape features being added, descriptions of the remaining tribes and their characteristics, and life in the garden. For now, I want to share the most recent pictures of the garden I have from my morning walk last Thursday.

Pam, these pictures are so beautiful.
Having the privilege of walking and basking in the garden was absolutely glorious, and I miss it, very much. Next time I get to visit , the face of the garden will have changed. The coolness in the evening is delightful, and no biting bugs.
I was amazed at the amount of work you have done and the organization of it all. What a picture this is of the excellency of our God. Thank you for doing this and so faithfully sharing the updates with us. Every part of the garden has its own beauty. I love these pictures. You all are doing an incredible job in the gardens. They look so beautiful! It is amazing how different it looks from when you first started . . . the Lord is taking us back to the garden and now we must be fruitful and multiply for His kingdom. Beautiful! we were able to enjoy the garden prior to the Global Spheres meeting and were so disappointed to miss the dedication! Family wedding interfered. Thank you for receiving our magnolia tree! We feel really connected to this garden and to GS! love watching this piece of dirt come alive with His beauty and your hard work! thank you to all who made this happen.

This is so beautiful, Pam. I would have liked to be there for Pentecost, but couldn’t. I want to come walk in the garden. I trust the Lord will make a way.

This is a GOD THING! i can feel the anointing of God on these pictures. It is the most beautiful garden of God that I have ever seen. My friend and I will make the trip from Rusk,Texas to Cornith very soon just to look at this beautiful and anointed garden! Dear Pam,
I am so longing to be there. The Pentecost celebration was invigorating. I’m going out in a few moments to start some veggie plants. I’ve already put in some flowers here and some veggies, but a friend has graciously allowed me to use some of her garden as my own. Praise God!
You know, I never played in the dirt as a child. So, now, I’m making up for lost time.

Oh, Pam, What an unexpected treat to happen on these pictures late evening. HOW BIG IS OUR GOD!. You and your troop have done exploits, way beyond. How good of you and Chuck to bring those of us on the web right along too. It was over the top to be able to see the replay of the dedication of the Prayer Garden and to hear that amazing story Jay Swallow shared.
the Lord is teaching me new ways of intercession using the Prayer Garden online—-both at night, to fill my eye gate with the many flowers I know and love and pray my way to sleep. And in the early morning, to seek out the waters and proceed in intercession around the Garden as the Holy Spirit leads. What a blessing, joy is new every morning! Surely Pam, there are already at least two books here…….the creative story of the evolution of The Prayer Garden. And an awesome devotional, weaving in the flowers, the critters, and the winged creatures, through the scriptures. And a CD of sounds…….endless possibilities wow, He did stir up creativity at Pentecost!

Pam, Can’t wait to visit the garden. It makes me homesick for Israel. The flowers by Aryeh Jehudah (Lion of Judah) look like flames around HIM!
