We are still working hard to eliminate the barriers between the two properties, fighting the heat, snakes, and poison ivy!
- Jesus and Sylvester figure out how to cut the next section of fence
- Wearing a haz-mat suit to deal with all the poison ivy, yuck!
- Brian and Sylvester working to pull up fence posts
- View from behind Solomon’s Porch
- Sombrero!
- A view of both properties divided by remaining fence
- New land!
- Fence posts waiting to be pulled up
- Making progress!
- Another view of the new land
- Hauling off fence and putting on a haz-mat suit!
- Jesus with a chainsaw — uh oh!
- Soon to be undivided land!
- Digging up fence posts
- Don’t forget the “roots”!

Sure hope they just relocated the snakes. They help with rodent population.

We have a particular rat snake resident who hasn’t missed any meals, but he (or she) never bothers the ducks or the eggs. Partnership is a lovely thing!

I love this. Thank you to all of you who tend the garden.
