As the days shorten and temperatures continue to cool, we are spending time preparing the garden for its season of rest. Of course, while the plants rest, we will be celebrating the first Festival of Lights in the Garden! While we plant bulbs, perennials, and wildflower seeds, we are also beginning to imagine the trees and porch adorned with the traditional blue and white of Hanukkah. So, as usual, we have been busy in the garden.
On Tuesday, the current president of the Denton County Master Gardeners Association, Jenny Estes, visited the garden for the first time. It is always a treat for me to see the garden through another person’s eyes, and when that other person is a gardener, the treat is multiplied. As we completed our tour, Jenny asked if I would be willing to put our garden–including the community vegetable garden and composting operation–on the Denton County Master Gardeners Association Garden Tour next spring. Well, of course! I will keep you all posted on developments, but suffice it to say that I was truly honored and humbled at the same time.

Ahh, yes Pam. What an honor! Your words are very precious. A tour of the garden; the nations are coming to tour God’s garden. Yeahhhh!!!!
I joined the early morning prayer meeting in the garden this morning. How my soul longed to be with you all in person. Wow, the garden is infiltrating every part of Global Spheres and becoming the very DNA in our cells. The beauty of God’s garden is being restored. The songs from the garden are being released, I see it in each of the worshipers. Amazing deliverance is taking place in the garden. Nothing remains hidden in the garden. Thank you for loving God’s garden and for your continued hard work; such a joy. You truly are the apple of God’s eye, Pam.

The Garden is so special to Allan and I when we visit. We sense the Lord’s Presence so heavy there. It is my desire to have a garden like that in our Region in North East Louisiana. In February I begin my Master Gardeners class through our LSU Extension Center. I am looking forward to seeing what the Lord has in mind. Thank you, Pam, for showing us how to connect into the earth realm from Heaven’s perspective.

Yep, Peeps are gonna hear about the Israel Prayer Garden and come from far and near to enjoy a brand new Garden Experience (close encounters of the 1st kind)! You go girl! You and all your crew!

I agree, next ‘Better Homes and Garden!” There is such a peace and Presence there. Isn’t our God creative to find such a unique, lovely way to release his love to those who might never experience it. Healing of mind, soul and spirit while on a garden tour. Love it! Thank you for your diligence, hard work and vision. Truly an anointing for Him.
